Don't know the source of this original file, but found this Z screw cover that simply works. Should fit any Prusa.

Had this cover on a second hand Mk3s, and it fit very well. Had to look to find the model, but here it is. The “original upload” page has other models for Mk3 printers, but I only cared about this one.
