I had bought a motherboard, but didn't think to check if it came with the IO shield or not, so for a bit, i had a computer with a big opening on the back. The PC itself is a bit of a Frankenstein build, with various OEM parts iv either bought for really cheap or free.
All cutouts and lettering was done in Tinkercad.
Picture of panel itself is the prototype.
The author remixed this model.
I used Geerlingguy's blank as a template, and measured positions and sizes of the ports on motherboard, and made the cutouts. After making a prototype and test fitting, only had to make a couple of tiny adjustments. My original measurements were still to a point where all ports were accessible, but some were a tiny bit off centered.
