After designing a couple of different 110 development reels (check my profile for those), I found myself needing a way to scan my 110 films so I designed this magnetic holder. This is the long version, but I also made a shorter version, for people who wanted it. This works really well on my flatbed scanner, but others have used it for digitizing with their digi-cam (DSLR or mirrorless) scanning stations.
To see actual prints of my design, check out the “Makes” tab (I print basically everything I design.)
Printer: ANY (I used a Qidi X-one2)
Rafts: No
Supports: No
Resolution: 0.2
Infill: 20%
Filament: ANY (I used eSun PLA+)
Post-Printing
Post printing is just glueing the magnets into their little holes. The holes are designed to fit inexpensive (I got 50 for $5) 4mm x 2mm neodymium “rare earth” magnets
