There is a very small chance that you have both the exact same fan model as I have here as well as my radiator type BUT take this as an inspiration or a starting point.

I'm attaching silent 60x60 PC fans to my radiators and control them with a temperature sensor, so they start spinning as soon the radiator heats up and turn off if it's cool.

Fan: SUNON MagLev Motor Fan with VAPO Bearing

60 x 60 x 15 mm / 12 V / 0.022 A

This not just makes your room heat up quicker, but if you reduce the flow temperature of your heating system you can save some $$$ and (possibly) CO2.

I designed and printed this model, superglued some 10x5x2 magnets into the holes and off we go!

I'm using extrudr GreenTec Pro, because I want heat resistance and no gassing off of nasty VOCs in my living/bedroom.

I tried to reduce filament use by generously cutting holes where wall aren't needed. 11.5g isn't bad I'd say.
