This 3D-printed enclosure is designed for an ESP module (D1 Mini) and a VL53L0XV2 time-of-flight sensor for monitoring the oil tank level of a heating system.
The model is designed for an oil tank with a BSP G1 1/2 thread but can be adapted to other dimensions if needed. Assembly requires two M3x12 screws and one M3x8 screw. For optimal chemical resistance, I used Nylon PA12 filament for printing.
This enclosure enables straightforward and accurate measurement of the oil tank level. In my setup, I monitor the data in Home Assistant using ESPHome.
