This is somewhat a remix of a remix. Crosslink did a remix for the Ender 3 V2 of 3D_LC's mounting plate. I didn't like to use the roller screws to mount this neither did I have any use for the cable routing channels as they can only be used for the fan and thermistor wires.

My remixed version is slightly smaller, has no wire routing channels and has standardized holes for the screws. It is held in place by 2 screws on the left and friction-fit on the hotend mounting standoffs on the right which aren't used anymore.

BLTouch offset: X=-36.4 Y=0

Screws needed:

  • 6x M3x6mm cap head screws for the extruder and the mounting plate itself
  • 2x M3x8mm (or longer) cap head screws for the BLTouch
  • 2x M3 nuts for the BLTouch

This can be printed with basically no supports. But keep in mind, there will be some small overhangs within the screw holes. Haven't checked the extruder's temperatures yet, but you may be able to print this in PETG as well.

I use this mount in combination with my mounting bracket: BIQU H2 extruder part cooling duct mount

Info: the photos are from an older version that had some slight flaws. The CAD screenshot, .step and .3mf files are accurate and up to date.

See description for details. In short: removed cable channels, streamlined required screws, removed requirement to lose roller screws
