Adjustable FDM Mini Spool Adapter

Spool adapter for mini-spools with inner diameter over 40mm.

Adjustable with three fast and easy to print feather keys.

Feather hight of 5,1mm is for 42mm spool hole diameter, 

    SCALE IT EASY in your slicer to the diameter you need !!!

   (… but keep lenght and wide (40 x 5 x (5.1))

Useable in AMS w/wo Hydra mod.

Diameter 195mm . 10mm + your spool wide.

Printed it with 100% infill and PETG. Gives a bit of weight …

The marked 42mm feather fits exactly to my SUNLU spools.

Extra screw-side-file with more thread-space for bad printed threads.

Note: Maybe print nut-part first and then print only the threaded bolt of the screw-part to

test the thread. If it's too tight print the “more space” version… 

Your slicer can cut off the “disc-part” …
