Remember that you make all the changes to the moderator's work and are responsible for all the dangers.
The moderator's inner chamber has a depth of 88mm. I used 4 cones of 10mm and 1 cone of 20mm with a sleeve length of 19 mm. The front cover has a 27x1 thread with a length of 10 m. If necessary, the sleeve can be cut by 1 mm.
I made a 7mm bore for the 22lr caliber. Yes, this is a lot, 6.5 or 6.3 is better, but for this you need the perfect alignment of the moderator.
It is possible to install a rubber flap in the front cover. But I didn't make the petal because I think it won't work in such a small volume. But you can try to manufacture and install the valve yourself.
I recommend printing with a 0.1mm layer, then the thread will be well suited to the original moderator. And also pay attention to the amount of plastic flow with excessive flow, defects may form, which negatively affects the quality and the ability to screw the lid into the moderator.
