This is the Credit Chip from Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. I strongly recommend using PVC ID card blanks (easily available at relatively low cost on sites like Amazon), but if you're absolutely committed to 3D-printing a card, I've included an STL file for that. But, again, I really recommend using a proper card.
Prepare the card by scuffing up both sides with relatively fine sandpaper (320 grit or so). Cover each side with a very thin layer of Mod Podge or PVA glue, to give the decal something it can adhere well to. (Do not skip the sandpaper step, or whatever you use will just flake off the PVC if it flexes.)
Print DXMD_Credit_Chip_Waterslide_Decals.svg on either a white or clear laserprinter waterslide sheet. (Graphics for four cards are included on the sheet.) Cut to separate each graphic, but do not trim closely yet.
Affix a graphic to one side of the card and align it. Allow it to dry, then with the graphic side face down, trim it to the card edges with a sharp X-Acto blade. Repeat with the other graphic on the other side of the card, making sure the “contacts” are on the same edge of the card as the first graphic. Seal the edges with Mod Podge or PVA glue.
