Print settings:

Material: PETG/TPU
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Layer: 0.2mm

CLIP_v3
- 3 Perimeters
- 40% Grid
CLIP_v3_OUTER_PART
- 4 Perimeters

ALL_OTHER_PETG
- 3 Perimeters
- 30% Grid

TPU_PARTS
- no specific settings needed
- if u cant print TPU try any silk PLA instead 

 

 

What you Need:

   Printed parts PETG or PLA, TPU
   2x Melt-insert M4x6mm  link
   1x Hexagon screw M4x40mm link
   1x Hexagon screw M4x20mm link
   2x Screw M3x16 (12mm for CLIP_v1) link
   2x Nut M3 link

 


 

Melt nuts & pull in screws

 

Assemble the baseplate

   -Note the clips orientation, one is turned around
   -TPU inlay toplayer has a bevel, put this to the clips' top layer side 



 

Assemble rotary head


   
Add a fan (120/140mm)

   -TPU-dia is not really needed but you can put it between the gap
   -Use TPU_dia.step to extrude a spacer for fans which are thinner than the standard ones.


 


You are ready to go! 


Just click it anywhere you want. Swivel in 2 axes and rotate it as you want, even top-down and overhead mounting is possible…
