Thrusmaster TMX/T150 steering wheel bar mount
This is a bar mount for Thrustmaster steering wheel. OpenSCAD file is provided to adjust the bar diameter.

Description
PDFCurrent model is for 25mm bars. For other bar diameters, adjust “d_bar” in OpenSCAD file, and maybe “l_screw” and “ep2”.
It prints on Prusa Mini. Use PLA or PETG. Increase the number of walls (both perimeters and bottom/top). I used 6. Infill 30%. No support.
With the current dimensions, additional hardware required:
- 3x M10 screws, 30mm length
- 1x M10 large washer
- 2x M10 wing nuts
Despite the large dimension of the wing nut, it may be hard to tighten enough by hand so that there is no slip at all. An additional 1/4th turn with pliers should help.
