Packages 35 Cells in a more compact enclosure with a simplified assembly process

An iteration on the first pack design with the primary goal of making the end product more compact, lighter and aesthetically pleasing. 

You may also notice the subtle and mindful design change of using m3 bolts instead of m8s (wow)
