Milwaukee M12 battery adapter for SPTA Cordless Mini Polisher

This adapter allows the use of a Milwaukee M12 battery on an SPTA Cordless Mini Polisher. 

Required Hardware

3 - M3 button head socket screws - 18mm or 20mm long

3 - M3 heat-set threaded inserts

4 - 1/4" Male Spade Quick Splice Crimp Terminals 6.3mm Crimp Connector Non-Insulated

Print Settings

I printed with PLA or PETG. These are my standard print settings. The battery tabs are the design's weak point, so I printed that part at a 45-degree angle to avoid failure along the layer lines.

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Walls: 4
• Top & Bottom Layers: 5
• Infill: Adaptive Cubic @ 40%
• Print Orientation: 45 degrees for SPTA_Battery_Adapter_Base_Final_V1.stl
• Tree Support
