ECAS04 Bulk head Filament Guide - Drybox

This is a simple and easy to print (no supports needed) ECAS04 bulkhead fitting/filament guide.

I am using the Gunpla filament dry box and i didn't have any of the fitting that were needed for the filament pass through, however i had a lot of ECAS04 fitting so i designed this simple fitting. it is M10 (drill a hole around 11mm) and the thread depth is 8mm so has a wide range of uses. the ECAS is on the one side with a nice smooth transition of the other side for the filament to avoid any snagging.

I have produced a long and short version of the ‘nut’ the thread depth is the same, but for tight areas the short nut would be better than the long version.

Note: the threads are a little tight, i didn't want issues with it coming loose!, Prior to fitment ensure you screw the two halves together, screw in about quarter of a turn and then back it off, and repeat until the two pieces meet, it doesn't take much effort, once done it screws together perfectly fine
