D-type connectors nut holder

These custom nut holders are specifically designed to simplify the process of securing connectors onto a D-Type arc mounting plate. Each holder ensures the nut remains firmly in place, making assembly and maintenance quick and convenient. Three variations are included, allowing you to choose the style that best fits your connector spacing and application needs.

1. Square Nut Holder (Full)

• A robust, closed-frame holder - not ideal for already soldered cables.

• Ideal for long durability.

2. Open Holder (Cable cut)

• Provides a partial arc opening for easier cable placement when already attached to connectors.

• Perfect for setups where you frequently adjust or replace connectors.

3. Open Holder (Slim)

• A slimmed-down version of the open arc holder, designed for minimal material usage.

• Useful for lighter-duty connections or when space is limited.

3D Printing Recommendations:

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm

• Supports: Not required

• Preferred Material: ASA (best for outdoor applications due to UV resistance and durability).

• Alternatives: PETG or PLA also work well for indoor projects or moderate environments.
