The HT90 has a small piece of bowden tube permanently inside the first filament runout sensor. This confused me as the printer is designed to be used with exotic materials that usually require dryboxes, so I modeled this clip-on attachment.
I used the ASA that came with the HT90 and printed with the default “Precision” profile. The supports were painted on using the smart fill option, leaving the hole for the bowden unsupported.
