A dart cutter for the world's smallest nerf blasters.
Notes-
I used flush cutters to cut the “darts” mostly flat. The blasters really do not like angle cuts here.
The darts are made from 2.5mm plastic rods (example one shown are fiberglass gun sight tubes).
I would sandpaper the circumference on both sides of the dart.
Drilling the holes with a 1/8 drill bit will make sure the rods at least move cleanly enough through the hole (unless the rod is oversized)
There is going to be diameter variance in the rods you buy, the tubes have to be at max 2.5mm diameter or it will not work most of the time with the blasters. I would pick out the ones that are too large in diameter and keep them for something else.
