Headphone Stand Weighted Base

This weighted base gives the HFA Headphone Stand a planted, low center of gravity. The TPU foot prevents sliding.

Requires these 20 wheel weights -

When you cut the weights from the strip, leave the adhesive backing on so the weights easily slide into the slots. They are friction fit, so no need to use the sticky backing from the weights.

You'll also need one M5 20mm hex bolt, and two M5 washers. You'll place one washer between the bolt and the hole, and the other washer between the top of the weighted base, and the metal headphone stand base (highlighted with a red circle in the photo).

Print the TPU foot with the table side down so the build plates gives it a smoother surface.

I used B7000 adhesive to attach the TPU foot to the base. This is optional, but you can also use adhesive-lined heat shrink to cover the long metal pole to give it a soft touch.

I've printed it in PLA and PETG CF. I recommend using 4-5 perimeter walls to shore up the bolt hole.
