THE FILTER , SCHMILTER Remix of the remix

Really big thanks to @AKinferno the filter for Voron that I've already printed for my PoorBot 

• but i needed something also for my enclosed SP-5 printer and I liked the mods @Citywrecker applied to TheFilter like the front removable grills and the improved air flow pattern.

Since I have a lot of 4010 fans around I decided to make them useful again with this remix that uses the 4010 instead of the 5015, I aligned the holes for the cover and added a third hole for a rear screw.  

I made several lids:

- Cover Hexagon: keeps the hexagons on the fan holes like the original

-Cover Clean; is completely smooth and you can print it like that or customize it at your Wish or easily emboss your name/logo

 -Cover: has a texture that I drew but didn't try to print

-Sapphire clean:  as per the title has diamonds instead of hexagons and the rest is smooth

-Sapphire fan + Logo :  has diamonds on the fan holes and the sapphire logo on the front

Since the 4010 fans are thinner than the 5015 fans I created some ducts to apply on the lid in the hexagonal version and in the diamond version print the ones you need depending on the lid you choose

Slightly modified the front hole for fit a JST connector

3x M3 heat insert and 3x M3x6/8mm are required for the lid screws

STP file is included with all the lids if you want made yours or for any further improve you have in your mind 

I've printed 4 front grilles and placed in between two small strips of kitchen hood carbon filter to prevent puffs of carbon dust around the printer (see pics for reference) 

 Just make a sandwich with the grills and the hood filter and slide it place

PS the strips needs to be about 1.5cm x 5.5cm 

Once the air ducts are fitted Top cover won't slide in anymore but it can be easily fitted snapping in.

I can fit in about 50g of carbon pellets

I run this filter on a robin nano 1.2 wired on hotend terminal H1 pin:  PB0

and using AKINFERNO macro (you can download/copy) directly from THEFILTER page
