I recently bought a set of the “World's Smallest” Nerf blasters by Super Impulse, and I wanted a nice way to display them, styled after the pegboard panels often used by Nerf collectors. (Should also be compatible with other miniature weapons as long as they're about the same size!)

Included with the files:

  • Miniature pegboard style panel
  • Hooks of a couple different lengths
  • Clips for retaining the hooks from the back
  • Support legs for displaying the board either freestanding or against a wall
  • Bracket for hanging on a wall using push pins

I've also included files for a miniature ammo box to store the tiny darts that were included with the blasters, so they're not as easy to lose. There are several options for printing the ammo box:

  • Windowed sides to allow you to see the tiny darts (You'll have to insert a piece of thin clear plastic trimmed to size on either side, I used part of a takeout container for this.)
  • Alternatively, I've included side panels with the Nerf logo you can insert instead. (Or mix and match both, like I did.) I used multicolor printing for mine but you could also just pause the print and swap filaments for the logo.
  • Or, if you don't want either of those options there is a version of the ammo box with blank, solid sides.

The ammo box lid and top handle are secured using trimmed down pieces of filament, inserted into the holes.

Print details:

All parts are oriented correctly for printing, I recommend using a brim for the hooks and other small parts unless you have extremely good adhesion. Use whatever infill you want tbh, it won't matter too much.

I printed all my parts using PLA but it might be a good idea to use PETG for the retaining clips on the back if you intend on swapping them around often, since it's more flexible.

For attaching the hooks using the retaining clips, see the included images.

Have fun!
