This will be a repository of all the modified parts I will be using for my HC Diana
The first modification I have done was to the Dart Gate itself. I have seen various modifications and addons to make the Diana more accurate, some including external BCARS/PCARS, some internal. I have decided to add my Gonkin' PCARS (https://www.printables.com/model/878191-nerf-gonkin-pcars) into the mix, and getting it as close to the flywheels as possible, hence the remake of the Dart Gate.
There are 2 versions of the Dart Gate, one with 3 lands and another with 6. 3 Lands offers improved accuracy with fresh darts, whilst 6 lands will drop FPS more but retain accuracy with used darts, useful for those who rely on a community dart pool.
You will require 4x 3.5mm OD 3mm H M2 Brass Heat Inserts to attach the gate into the blaster. You may alter the .step file to accomodate inserts that you already own/able to aquire, but they must be M2 to work with the current Diana mounting. You could extract the ones out the stock dart gate, but I have not attempted this.
I have also designed an Extended Button Release to eject the mag without changing your grip as much. This is a simple modification that just replaces the stock mag release. .step file has been included if you wish to change it further.
I will continue to add to this page, with plans of replacing the stock electronics with ones of my choice and use my own firmware, such as replacing the ESCs with AM32 ones (Stock are BLHeliS escs) and using an RP2040 for more customisation. If there are further requests please let me know!
