EDIT 27. Feb. 2025:

As mentioned in my edit from 20.January. I printed the limescale holder in PA-CF. Too badly, this filament is very brittle and the thin hooks break very easily. I don't plan to find a suitable solution.

EDIT 20. Jan. 2025:

PETG doesn't withstand the high temperature when using the iron for longer than 30 min. I've ordered now Nylon PA-CF composite material which should withstand temperatures up to 200°C. I'll update here about the outcome.

Original Description:

The very thin hooks holding the limescale collector break often even when being very careful when removing it. I decided therefore to design and print the holder and slider instead of spending around 10 € for a spare part.

Replacement for CP2041/01 compatible with Philips Azur 7500 and Azur Steam Iron (Models CG45xx. / CG49xx)

Included are the Holder and Slider STL files. Existing limescale collector will fit into the holder. If you would like to perform some modification, I’ve also uploaded the STP file.
