Because it happened to me when printing the bricks that the inner diameters were too small, I have provided some help here.
- Print all 4 rings without arranging them. simply transfer them 1:1 to the printing plate and center them. The inner diameters are from left to right: 20, 15, 10 and 5mm.
- Set the value for ‘XY Size Compensation’ in the Prusa Slicer to ‘0’ (zero).
- Slice and print.
- Measure the individual inner diameters with a slide gauge (with 1/100mm accuracy) and subtract the actual values from the expected values to get the deviation.
- Sum the results and divide by 4 to determine the average deviation.
- Divide the result by 2 to get the radius of the average deviation.
- Enter the calculated value in the ‘XY Size Compensation’. Attention: both negative and positive values are possible!
- Slice and print again.
- Now there should be no more deviations when measuring again.
