I found this pretty old Cash Box somewhere between my things and wanted to make it functional for maybe a bit spare change. I searched online for a tray that would fit it, but didnt find one. So i made this. The measurements of the tray are:
Single Version: 244mm x 139.8mm x 26mm)
Splitted Version: 244mmx139.8mmx 29mm)
Base-Tray (Only for small print beds, aka. the splitted Version): It can be pretty tough to assemble the left and right tray together, but when they are assembled it becomes pretty tough too. I used the back of the screw driver and gently hammered both in place.
Coin-Spacer: You dont need to glue them, me personally i glued them in place with hot glue just to make them not be removeable.
| Filament | PETG |
| Nozzle | 0,4 |
| Layer | 0,2 |
| Walls | 3 |
| Infill | 15-20% |
| Support | Yes! They are needed for the tray itself left and right. I would recommend “on print bed only” and tree supports. |
| Brim | For the tray left and right i used a brim too, just to be on safe side. |
