Jig for 12mm LEDs in 2" x 2" x 1/16" Aluminum Angle 6063-T5

This is a simple jig for 12mm LEDs spaced 3" apart on a 2" x 2" x 1/16" Aluminum Angle 6063.

The drill hole is 13mm and the catch numb is 11mm. This should give you enough room to drill without coring the plastic. The nub is a bit smaller to allow to burrs and stuff.
