Universal Junction Box Cover Set

This versatile remix includes two base options and three cover sizes, providing flexibility to fit multiple junction box configurations. The bases are compatible with all covers, ensuring easy customization. However, the large base (50–102 mm c-c) is not recommended with the smallest cover (80 mm) since the base is wider than the cover.

Features:

Two Base Sizes:

• Small base: Fits junction boxes with 50–64 mm c-c screw spacing.

• Large base: Fits junction boxes with 50–102 mm c-c screw spacing.

Three Cover Sizes:

• 80 mm: Ideal for round junction boxes (60 mm c-c).

• 115 mm: Ideal for square junction boxes (60 mm c-c).

• 150 mm: Fits up to a 4-inch square junction box.

Design Improvements:

• Better Overhangs: Increased rim angle for smoother prints without artifacts.

• Integrated Screws: Reduced part count by incorporating the screws into the cover design.

• Enhanced M12 Thread: Enlarged chamfer and improved clearance for easier threading, even with a 0.6 mm nozzle.

Printing Tips:

• Nozzle: Works with all common nozzle sizes

• Supports: Not needed

• Min wall thickness: 1.2mm

• Added two base sizes (50–64 mm and 50–102 mm c-c).
