Visar78's Gaia Project insert is fantastic, from a design perspective. But it leaves a little to be desired when actually printing it out and using it.

First off, the faction boxes are brilliant - but they require support trees to print properly, and even then, you can end up with a stringy mess if you don't have your settings just right.

If you're willing to use some super glue, you can print these faction boxes and then glue the ends on. No supports needed. My glue of choice is Gorilla Glue's Micro Precise. It has these cool squeeze handles that make sure you get just the right amount of glue exactly where it needs to go. Just drop some onto the three tabs, and maybe around three of the borders of the end cap, and hold in place for a minute or two.

BEFORE YOU DO THAT, THOUGH: You can also print up the five token holders for the factions that use special tokens. I've designed them to slide right into through the open end, under the tabs on the sides. You can then glue them down wherever you want, or leave them to slide around if you don't feel comfortable trying to get glue in those confined spaces.

Also, the tray that holds the round boosters and final scoring tiles had a bit too tight of a tolerance for the boosters, so I widened that a little bit.

Also, also, the Variety Tiles tray had a bit too tight a space for the advanced tech tiles, so I widened that just a bit, too. I didn't want to alter the footprint, so it does leave the walls just a bit thin, but the reduced force needed to get the tokens into the space should make up for it. I printed it with my perfectly normal Bambu A1 with perfectly standard settings, and haven't had a problem. Your mileage may vary.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

Altered the design of the faction boxes so they can be printed without needing support trees. I also increased some tolerances in a couple of trays. More information in the Description.
