3d printed wood connectors - no screws, no holes, no demage to the wood, just clamping.
In this design I developed a technique I call heatbed-bending. For the corner parts of these modular wood connectors, you need to heat them up again after printing and bend them to get to the final shape. This creates optimized layer-structure for best mechanical properties. Feel free to experiment with this technique!
These connectors are for wood with the following dimensions:
wooden bar: 44 x 24 mm
wooden plate: 18 mm thickness
You can adjust these values using the step files.
The clip part is the same for all corners, the corner part needs to be reflected in the slicer for the opposite sides (q - p)
