HSW System 16mm LED Channel Mount - Vertical/Horizontal Options

This mount is designed to securely attach LED aluminum channels to the HSW (Honeycomb Storage Wall) system while simultaneously serving as an optional reinforced mounting point for the grid itself.

Printing Recommendations:

• Material: PETG recommended
• Nozzle: Tested with a 0.6mm nozzle, works great with 0.4mm
• Supports: Model includes built-in support structures
• Orientation: Print as oriented in the STL file

Installation Notes:

• Can be installed either as part of the HSW grid system or independently.
• Recommended to use appropriate wall anchors based on your wall material, if using the screw hole for any reason.

Based on HSW connector:

This is based on the insert-countersunk.stl file from the original HSW system, modified to add LED channel mounting capability while maintaining the structural integrity of the wall mounting system. This allows you to optionally use this as a screwed-in mount to reinforce the HSW system, not required for standard use.

Used the Insert-countersunk.stl file in order to provide a mounting to the HSW system; remaining model is original work.
