Print the clamp on its flat face and the hinge on one of the U shaped faces with supports enabled, I printed it at 0.3mm layer height in ASA with 4 perimiters but 3 or maybe even 2 is probably enough. You will need two M3 screws that are 10-14mm long and a 35mm or longer M4 screw to act as the hinge pin. The holes for the M3 screws are designed to be tapped but if you have a 2.5mm drill bit you could drill them out and screw in directly.
After assembly if the spring makes a sound when moving the cover lubricate the end of the spring where it connects to the metal plate. (for best results use grease)
If you only have a resin printer you will need to drill holes in you cover if it doesent have any and add holes in the model where you added them or where they were and put bolts thru and tighted it down with nuts as without them the hinge in resin will bend and not hold the cover!!
I uploaed fusion archive file for easy modifications.
The author remixed this model.
Instead of a thin plastic shell, a clamp holds the end of the spring in place allowing for printing in a more ideal orientation which negates the need for special filaments or good layer adheasion and easier assembly as you don't need to push the spring in place by hand or pliers under tension, instead the screws pull the spring in place as you tighten them.
