This design is intended to replace the frame grommets that come installed on the bike when you do not have a cable/wire/hose going through the grommet.
For example if you replace the wired shifter with a wireless one (such as SRAM AXS), then you will end up with 4 (3 if you use VisionVelo rear mudguard) grommets that are not needed, and they can let in dirt through the slit.
Print these using TPU, 100% infill, outside face down on the build plate. Remember to put on plenty of glue stick on the build plate when printing TPU as this material sticks very well on the build plate. Easiest way to remove the frame plugs from the build plate is to gently squeeze the plugs with a set of needle nose pliers. This method lifts one side up easily so they can be pried off the build plate.
Install them by simpy pushing them into the slot, using a plastic spludger (car interior trim tool) can be very helpful as the plugs are designed to be sitting tight in the holes.
There's three model files, 1x 4x and 8x, so you either duplicate the 1x to get the quantity you need, or print 4 or 8 copies.
