Remix of AEV's 25mm-olfa-blade-holder-knife

This is a remix of the 25mm blade holder designed by AEV. It has a thicker spine and a locking slider. 

I thickened up the spine to reduce the amount of flex in the frame while sliding the blade. I also designed a locking slider to prevent the blade accidentally moving while in use. 

This model should still work with the original slider as well as the redesigned sliders that people have created.
