TONIEboard - Shelf for Toniebox // Regal für Toniebox & Toniefiguren

Print your children a shelf for their clay figures that is as creative and flexible as the children themselves.

The individual pedestals can be screwed to the perforated wall as required and constantly moved around to suit the children's interests and figure collection. Easy-to-use screws and a child-friendly screwdriver are of course included!

A washer is inserted from behind and fixed in place with a drop of glue so that the figures hold magnetically on the pedestals. 20 mm diameter and max. 1.25 mm thicker (M4x20)! These fit best here: https://amzn.to/40thFFJ

The pedestals are available for 1-4 figures. The 2-fold holder is also available in a deeper version for extra large figures.

All parts are plugged in. I recommend adding some glue for a better and more secure hold (note: do not glue the edge covers of the wall brackets in place!)

The shelf can be screwed to the wall with invisible brackets. Suitable for 4.5-5.0 mm countersunk screws. I recommend attaching a shelf with 6 panels (2x3) to the wall with at least 6 screws (4 at the edge and 2 in the middle). A bracket must always be screwed directly to the Toniebox bracket!
The screwed-in threaded brackets for the center of the plate can then be hidden with a cover cap.

ATTENTION!
A printer with a print bed of at least 250x250mm is required for printing! A finished BambuLab file with the appropriate number of pieces for a 2x3 plate shelf is already included in the ZIP file.

Such a shelf with 6 plates requires approx. 2kg of filament.

Print the plates, edge covers and pedestals as follows:
- 2 contours
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 4 base and top layers
- 10% filling

Print the screws, wall brackets and the pedestal including the holder for the Toniebox as follows:
- 3 contours
- 0.1 mm layer height
- 5 base and top layers
- 20% filling

Drucke deinen Kindern ein Regal für ihre Toniefiguren, das so kreativ und flexibel ist wie die Kinder selbst.

Die einzelnen Podeste lassen sich an der Lochwand beliebig festschrauben und ständig verschieben wie es gerade am Besten zu den Interessen der Kinder und zur Figuren-Sammlung passt. Leichtgängige Schrauben und ein kindgerechter Schraubendreher sind natürlich mit dabei!

Damit die Figuren magnetisch auf den Podesten halten, wird von hinten eine Unterlagscheibe eingesteckt und mit einem Tropfen Kleber fixiert. 20 mm Durchmesser und max. 1,25 mm Stärker (M4x20)! Am besten passen diese hier: https://amzn.to/40thFFJ

Die Podeste sind verfügbar für 1-4 Figuren. Die 2-fach Halterung gibt es zusätzlich in einer tieferen Version für extra große Figuren.

Alle Teile werden gesteckt. Ich empfehle zusätzlich etwas Kleber für einen besseren und sicheren Halt (Achtung: Die Randabdeckungen der Wandhalterungen natürlich nicht festkleben!).

Das Regal kann mit unsichtbaren Halterungen an die Wand geschraubt werden. Passend für 4,5-5,0 mm Senkkopfschrauben. Ich empfehle ein Regal mit 6 Platten (2x3) mindestens mit 6 Schrauben (4 am Rand und 2 in der Mitte) an der Wand zu befestigen). Direkt an der Halterung der Toniebox muss auf jeden Fall eine Halterung verschraubt werden!
Die eingeschraubten Gewinde-Halterungen für die Mitte der Platte können anschließend mit einer Abdeckkappe versteckt werden.

ACHTUNG!
Für den Druck ist ein Drucker mit min. 250x250mm Druckbett notwendig! Eine fertige BambuLab-Datei mit der passenden Stückzahl für ein 2x3 Platten-Regal ist bereits in der ZIP-Datei enthalten.

Ein solches Regal mit 6 Platten benötigt ca. 2kg Filament.

Die Platten, Randabdeckungen und Podeste wie folgt drucken:
- 2 Konturen
- 0,2 mm Schichthöhe
- 4 Boden- und Deckschichten
- 10% Füllung

Die Schrauben, Wandhalterungen und das Podest samt Halterung für die Toniebox wie folgt drucken:
- 3 Konturen
- 0,1 mm Schichthöhe
- 5 Boden- und Deckschichten
- 20% Füllung
