Filament Guide Remix for 1kg Spools

This filament guide fits into Prusa's 3D-printed spool holders (both 1 kg and 2 kg versions). It features a “parking hole” to hold the filament tip after unloading, and allows for an optional 10mm OD PTFE insert (the same size as the insert that comes standard in the MK4S filament guide).

If you don't have any 10mm PTFE tube, you can order some here on Amazon, and use Craig Heath's excellent model for cutting it to size.

I recommend printing this model in Jet Black or Prusa Orange Prusament PETG to match the parts on your printer :)

Feel free to modify this model to fit your needs using the included STEP file or with my Onshape model.

This model is slightly shorter than the original, as it only includes the hole compatible with 1 kg spools (which are less wide than 2 kg spools). This saves some material and print time.
