GENERAL PRINT SETTINGS:
I'd prefer you use the 3MF files provided, they have all the print settings I used to get these working.
Please print load-bearing parts one at a time to help layer adhesion, this spreader bar can put up with a LOT if you print it right.
Bolt Print Settings:
Always use the circular bolt hole to orient prints, the droopy bit it meant to be facing upwards. Adjust perimeters so that main structure around the spreader bar is completely solid (4 walls on 0.4 mm diameter nozzle). Use organic supports to help on the large holes meant for rope or carabiners, since having them perfectly circular is appealing.
Spreader Bar Print Settings:
DISABLE SKIRT LOOPS FOR SPREADER BAR
Ensure wall thickness is 1.6 mm for spreader bar. Stick around for first layers on spreader bar as the bottom layer perimeter fill pattern is delicate, precise, and infuriating.
