Another grab handle. Print on it's side with supports enabled everywhere and block supports except the top bolt opening. I am using this outdoors and wanted the water to be able to drain away from the bolt vs a hole for the bolt that would hold water.

This orientation means the layer lines are perpendicular to the pulling force. You are not pulling perpendicular to layer lines.
I print these in PETG with (4) perimeters at the high end of the PETG filament for best adhesion/strength.
I mounted these with ¼" pan head screws(right side in image) - they have a flat bottom contact surface. Holes are 6.7mm. Using a tapered screw will wedge the print apart. Avoid this.
I used a pronged T-nut to mount this on a ½" pine wood surface.
