I created this case for gonggi stones I did print. The stones are not part of my design, I used VDS3D's Gonggi Squid Game stones but it most likely fit a lot of gonggi stones with a similar design.

Please look at the Comment section, maybe someone did try the Gonggi stones you want to use and can recommend you up/down scaling or if it's not fitting at all.

I used a single extruder for the print. I also provide you an unaltered top shell including an instruction how to make your own logo.

Side Note: If you also did use the same stones, I made an assembling tool that makes assembling them easier.

Print Settings

This has been designed to be printed with 0.2mm height.

If you should have issues that the case doesn't fit well, have a look at the x-y hole/contour compensation of your slicer.

Important: If your printer does certain movements before printing or calibration etc, either disable this for the print or ensure that your part is in a position where it will not interfere with any of that printer movements.

How to Print

Load the logo and the top with logo into your slicer. In my case that aligned both items perfectly matching, no further fine tuning had to be done, but asure that's the case for you as well. The gaps of the top shell need perfectly to be aligned with the logo itself.

Then delete the top shell part, load the logo color into your printer and start the print.

When the print has been finished swap the filament to the desired color and ensure it will flawlessly start to print / that the filament is well fed.

Go to your slizer, undo the deletion of the top shell part and then delete the logo. start the printing. If everything is done right this will nicely merge the two prints together. The 0.2mm of the logo should be thick enough to clearly distinguished. This might work better for some color combinations than for others.

Using your own Logo

Download the top half without logo and either load it into your slicer or your prefered cad software. Get your logo ready and in position. set it's height to 1 layer height. In my case I did use 0.2mm, but this is up to you. Then overlap the logo with the case at the desired position and subtract the logo from the case.

Save once a the file with the logo on its own and save once the case where you did subtract the logo from the case. Proceed like in the How to Print section.

For slicers: You might need to work here a bit differently, e.g. right mouse button on the case and “add negative part”, then proceed like in the section above and don't forget to also get a positive part.

Important: Set your logo to 1 layer height!
