The original desiccant plate is too large for my printer. I decided to split it in half and lay it flat for printing. I also removed the top and bottom surface and used a honeycomb fill. It should be as simple as loading and printing. I used 20mm with no supports and a 0.4 nozzle and it came out great. Just glue the two pieces together, or join them with a few small zipties.
There are two “light” files if you want to have 10% fill on the honeycomb instead of 20%. It still feels quite sturdy, and the walls are thicker.
The author remixed this model.
