A fin can, nose cone, and launch lugs you can print to build a rocket from a can of hyperbolic paraboloid potato crisps. You'll provide the can, motor mount, shock cord, motor retainer, and other parts.

This is an example for people participating in Chip Can Challenge (C3) events.

I recommend printing the fin can with tree/organic style supports. 

I've included an Open Rocket file for building this with a 29mm motor mount. 

Important: Pay attention to the center of mass. You will need to add weight to the nose.
