Ended up with this when I moved to sensor-less homing removing the cable chains.

  • This is not designed to fit stock rear panel.
  • It will forfeit at least 20mm of Z height.
  • It may rub wires long term
  • No supports
  • Built in counter bore bridging
  • STL's should be rotated to match included print bed image.

The bearings are result of over engineering for cool factor, but I had them and the double t post on hand. It hardly moves, but this is sort of a positive.

The PC4-M10 threads are just guides printed in this orientation, you may need to be forceful or use a tap. If threading with a tap; assemble and tap while not attached to the printer.

I printed in PP-GF30. 0.5mm nozzle and 0.25mm layer height.

BOM:

  • 1x Double T post, m3 threaded both sides
  • 2x F695 2rs bearings
  • 3x M3 Roll in nuts (or T nuts)
  • 4x M3*12 BHSC
  • 2x M3*16
  • 1x M3*25
  • 2x M3x4x5 heatsets
  • 2x M5-1mm thick washers
  • 1x PC4xM10 Pneumatic Connector like these, the one you took out should work
  • 3x 4"x0.1" small or smaller zip ties  (ideally Tefzel/ETFE for longevity) I used these
  • ½" Wire loom

Toolhead Side:

I used this with stealthburner until i replaced stealthburner.
