Bushing for Bench Grinder with 1/2" Arbor and 1-1/4" Stone

I wanted to run an abrasive grinding wheel on my 6" Delta bench grinder. The machine has a ½" shaft and the stone has a 1-¼" hole. In my case the stone is 1" thick so the bushing may need to be shortened if you are using a skinnier wheel. You could scale it in the slicer or use the included cad file to adjust the dimensions.

I printed mine with PET-G and used 50% triangular infill, to help make sure that it would be strong enough. It fits quite snugly and in my case it required a little abrasion inside the hole to remove a high ridge.

In the photo the guard is not in place, but rest assured it is in place now.
