Calamity Toolhead - CPAP Cooling

This is a mod to allow CPAP cooling with the Calamity Toolhead, featuring a new duct design optimized for CPAP.

If using in an enclosure, make sure you print this out of something like ABS or ASA!

Print Settings

• Infill: 40%
• Walls: 5
• Bottom/Top: 5

Hardware

• 4x M3 Heat-Set Inserts
• 2x M3x8
• 2x M3x12~
• 2xM3x10~

Installation - Refer to images for additional context

1. Install the heat-set inserts into the 2 ducts for the Beacon mount
2. Install the heat-set inserts into the Beacon mount
3. Install Beacon probe onto the Beacon mount
4. Install the 2 ducts first to the Calamity toolhead
5. Glue the CPAP interface onto the 2 ducts
6. Install the Beacon mount onto the ducts
