I designed this conversion adapter to mount a 120mm fan I had on hand because I didn't like the appearance of the stock fan included with the AXP90-X47.
Required other than printed parts: 4x M3x5x4mm heat-set Inserts 4x M3 screws, suitable length for the thickness of the fan
Notes:
The filament used should be heat-resistant, such as ABS, ASA, or PC. It is advisable to avoid using PETG, just in case.
In addition to using heat-set inserts, the fan could also be secured with self-tapping screws or rubber fan mounts.
For your reference, my setup consists of an SFF case, the FormD T1 v2.0, paired with the ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-I GAMING WIFI motherboard.
The heatsink on my AXP90-X47 measures 87x95mm, but someone else reported that their unit has a 90x98mm heatsink. I haven’t seen it in person, but I’ve also released a version of the design to fit the 90x98mm size. If anyone knows the reason for this size difference, I’d appreciate it if you could let me know.
