I printed my final version with no supports, PLA, 90% infill, 3 walls and it seems strong enough.

(edit) i still haven’t flown this design as I rarely go to the spot that’s big enough for the easy glider. I am still running the pla motor mount after I gave it some full throttle revs with the 13”x11” prop that came when I bought the plane it seems fine but after I fly it i may change to petg cause I think that would be better. Also running a pla prop hub I found (here or thingiverse I forget) specifically for the easy glider as it fits unlike the metal one I had before. will update after I’ve actually flown it but that probably won’t be anytime soon so please share any feedback you have

motor mount holes are 25x19mm apart

cut slits in the foam for bottom of mount to press into.

Drill or some other other way (I used a dremel with a grinder bit) to widen shaft hole on stock motor mount at the nose to give the motor a bit more clearance since it fits right up against there with the specific motor I used might not be necessary for you
