Designed this to create a drip ring using 1/4" tubing that I had laying around. The usual tubing found in cheap irrigation kits.

Poked the tube with a clothing pin or safety pin every 50mm or so, for the water to drip from. Jiggle the pin inside to enlarge the hole a bit.

The connector is a 3x5mm to fit the blumat (3mm) and the ¼" tubing. Ziptie the tubing side to prevent leaks from the connection (just to space the first drop from the blumat carrot)

I've printed the connector laying down because I got a 0.8mm nozzle and the thin walls would not work so well.

The open end of the tubing you can fold on itself and ziptie to block it.

I've provided some photos but it should be pretty self explanatory.

To secure the drip ring to the dirt I've used the garden pegs Micromet uploaded. They fit just tight and are great to level everything out. (https://www.printables.com/model/103003-drip-irrigation-ring)
