Heyhooo
Here I have a very minimalistic Shopping Cart Coin I designed a while ago as giveaway :)
There are different versions 4 you in the .3MF file. Ones with my logo dual coolor, Ones with my logo singlecolor and one without any logo.
Since this designs is very dependant on your printer's tolerances I would suggest to first print a Coin and testfit it. If the Fitting is too tight simply scale up the loop a little. If it is too loose you can scale down the loop.
PrusaSlicer:
Plate 1 → Coins with my Logo (DualColor).
Plate 2 → SingleColor Coins (My Logo + Lean).
Plate 3 → Loop.
Plate 4 → PrusaCoin (Dualcolor).
The perfect fit is if you get it out easily but it won't fall of by accident.
Printing:
I printed my Coins in PLA/ PETG and the Loop in PA-CF. But I tested it also with PLA and PETG as material for the loop and those worked fine too :)
0,2 mm layer height, 1 perimeter at first layer, arachne perimeter generator recommended.
If you don't insert a coin you can use the loop to hang up the keys to sth. :)
Have fun!
Added a Prusa Edition just 4 fun :)
