Trezor Safe 3 - The Bumper Case

By request I have made part one in a hard filament version as well, this means you can print it without using TPU. I've not yet tested this version myself so keep that in mind.

The Bumper Case is a perfect fit bumper case for the Trezor Safe 3 cold crypto wallet. You can use only the inner TPU case if you like but I recommend using both the TPU part and the hard outer casing for maximum protection.

Optionally, you can also use the third printed part which is is screen protector cover / lid when storing it so that the whole device is enclosed, including the USB-C port.

There are a few different styles of both the hard covers and the TPU covers.

Print Settings

First print part one in TPU, you can print either the normal one which has a solid bottom or print the one with the open back, it depends on if you want the bottom of the device exposed. 

Next, print part two. There are a few different styles, you whichever you prefer.

Finally, print part three. This is the optional cover. The lid is an (intentionally) pretty tight fit, try it first and scale it a little or reduce your flow ratio if it sits too snugly.

I've used Polymaker TPU90A but any TPU will work fine.

Assembly

Place the Trezor Safe 3 in the TPU sleeve and ensure it is fully seated then just press it into the hard case.

The bottom of the hard case is open so you can easily press out the device if needed.

There are a few different styles you can choose from:

Top is the keyring variant with closed TPU sleeve and below is the open TPU variant with the standard hard case. Third we have the padlock design with the closed TPU.
