Suggestions:
Use normal settings at .24 layer height to save on time.

ABS/ASA if chamber temps will exceed 45-50 degrees celcius.

To fill the gaps by the handles, cut a 165mm x 4mm x 3mm strip of EVA foam or similar material.

Though not needed, superglue can be used to join the 4 main pieces for a permanent connection.

Spool riser printed with 4-6 walls and 40% infill of anything stronger than PLA.
