Quick clip for mft/3

Simple design of quick release clip for mft/3 workbench.

Please consider it as an idea. Design is untested, I don't have mft yet. But nevertheless should work and can be easily adjusted with a file or sandpaper.

Supposed to be printed lying on its side.
