Educational Sailboat Toy With The Sail And Mast Separated

Introduction

This version has the sail and mast separated into two parts. This allows standard printers to get the sail and mast to be different colors. I also found it interesting to print the sail in TPU.

This model is for the starboard version of the boat. If you want to use this on the port version of the sailboat, mirror these parts in Prusa Slicer.

Printing

This part prints better with a brim because it has a very small footprint. 

Supports are not required. 

Assembly instructions

Remove as all supporting material from the base. A deburring tool can be helpful for this.

Before assembly, place glue in the slots in the mast and boom. I recommend using Super Glue for PLA, and E6000 for PETG.

The sail has been separated from the mast for mutly-material & mutly-color prints.
